Learn to Grow; Grow to Give with Growing Chefs!

The Learn to Grow; Grow to Give Project (formerly Growing Community Greenhouse) is a Growing Chefs! Ontario project designed to create a food secure community by providing up to 60 families in need with fresh food through existing support channels, offering more dignified food access, and running food literacy programming to children and families. Growing Chefs! greenhouse is part of the Food Education Centre at The Grove at the Western Fair District. Children, youth, and adults, are engaged in year-round, hands-on learning about local food systems while growing fresh produce for households in need.
