The Sifton Family Foundation engages with philanthropic leaders, like-minded organizations, grantees, and other stakeholders to further understand and address both complex challenges and new opportunities.
The Sifton Family Foundation is a member of Philanthropic Foundations of Canada (PFC). PFC is a member association of Canadian grantmakers, including private and public foundations, charities and corporations. PFC connects and supports members and organized philanthropy by encouraging public policies that sustain the sector.
Employee Matching
The Sifton Family Foundation supports Sifton employees by giving back to charitable causes they care about. The employee donation matching program provides Sifton employees the opportunity to maximize the impact of their donations to charitable causes of their choice. Donations can range in size and will be matched at a 1:1 ratio, allowing double the donation and double the social impact.
The Sifton Family Foundation has also been matching employee donations to the United Way campaign for over two decades. By doubling the annual amount raised by Sifton employees, over one million dollars has gone to local communities.
