2023 Year in Review

The Sifton Family Foundation’s vision is to make a meaningful and positive impact by supporting charitable organizations in our local communities.  We are committed to enhancing the lives of people in need, especially children, youth and their families, as well as persons with disabilities and seniors. We support inclusive initiatives that foster learning, play, and the overall well-being of communities. We also amplify Sifton Properties Ltd employee efforts through our donation-matching program.

Now that 2023 has come to a close, we’re reflecting on and celebrating our most impactful activities from the past year – such as providing 24 new and continuing grants totaling over $450,000 to registered charities; matching employee donations all year long including the United Way Campaign, helping 200 families by partnering with Sifton Properties on the Giving Project as part of their 100th anniversary celebrations, and launching a new website to enhance the grantee experience.
