Another successful United Way campaign ends!

The United Way Fundraising Committee is excited to announce that Sifton Properties and the Sifton Family Foundation will be donating $120,000 to the United Way Elgin Middlesex, Brant United Way, United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin, and United Way Greater Toronto (Peel).

The total is made up of employee payroll contributions and special events organized by our United Way site ambassadors, which are then matched dollar for dollar by the Sifton Family Foundation.  Your generosity ensured we met and surpassed our fundraising goal of $110,000. 

This year, some new activities were introduced such as; survivor gift card, and united we stretch, and we brought back some old favourites like the treat trolley and quarter auction. We also saw 350 holiday candygrams sent between employees across the organization, celebrating the connections we have with our colleagues

The Sifton Family Foundation has also been matching employee donations to the United Way campaign for over two decades. By doubling the annual amount raised by Sifton employees, over one million dollars has gone to local communities.

On February 28th the team at Sifton Head Office came together to present the results to our United Way partners, who were overwhelmed by Sifton's 2023/24 campaign success.
