Sifton Raises $110,000 for United Way in 2025 Campaign
Sifton is celebrating a successful 2025 United Way fundraising campaign, with employees raising $55,000 in support of local community programs—an amount that was matched dollar-for-dollar by the Sifton Family Foundation to bring the total contribution to $110,000.
Employees took part in a wide range of fundraising initiatives, including United Way’s newest signature event—a plane pull held at the London International Airport. Sifton entered two teams in the event, challenging participants to pull a 45,000-pound aircraft. Together, the teams raised more than $2,700.
Strong support also came from Sifton’s Retirement Living communities, which hosted several fundraising events such as a car wash, boot sale, and dress-down days. Additional highlights included the popular “Spin It to Win It” fundraiser and the annual Artisan Shows held at Berkshire and Riverbend.
The campaign’s success reflects the generosity and teamwork shown across the organization. By working together, employees helped make a meaningful contribution to United Way and support positive change throughout the community.
For more than two decades, the Sifton Family Foundation has proudly matched employee donations to the United Way campaign. Through this ongoing commitment, the Foundation has helped direct more than $1.2 million to local communities by doubling the impact of employee giving.
